What can we do to reduce the amount of energy we use? Homes can be engineered to maintain comfort without a heating system, according to Tony Cowling, a director of the Reading Hydro Project and Reading Community Energy Society in England. Tony thinks Energy Use Reduction should be our number one priority. In this session, Cowling catalogs the myriad ways to retrofit homes for reduced energy use.
