Andy Tunstall describes in detail the planning, finances, hurdles and successes in bringing a carbon free community energy project to the English borough of Reading.
Tunstall has a masters degree in renewable technologies, has extensive background in oil, water and energy, and is managing director of The Green Group UK and a Director for the Reading Hydro Community Benefit Society.
